2.1. To book a course, select your preferred course and timeslot and complete the booking process by following the steps outlined.
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.3. After a successful payment, you will be redirected to our website and your booking confirmation will be automatically sent by email.
2.4. At this time, only one timeslot can be booked per transaction. If you wish to book multiple timeslots, you must complete separate bookings for each.
3. Course Changes and Cancellations by Us
3.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. If a course is canceled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a different course or date.

8. VAT Policy

The prices displayed on our website for English courses already include VAT (value-added tax), regardless of the customer’s location within the Netherlands or the EU.
8.1.2. VAT Rates
For customers in the Netherlands, Dutch VAT is included in the price. For customers purchasing from other EU countries, the VAT applied corresponds to the rate applicable in the country of purchase.
8.2. VAT-Free Courses for Students
8.2.1. VAT Exemption for Students
Courses purchased for students are VAT-exempt in accordance with applicable VAT regulations. To qualify for this exemption, proof of the student’s age may be required at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing a course for a student, please contact us before completing your order to apply the VAT-free exemption.
8.2.2. Applying the VAT-Free Exemption
If you are eligible for this exemption, the price of the course will be adjusted to reflect the VAT-free rate. Please contact our customer service team to assist with this process.
8.3. VAT for Non-EU Customers
